After-sales service


Free warranty period; The system is guaranteed for two years. The warranty period starts from the date when the system passes acceptance and the acceptance report is signed by both parties.

Emergency maintenance schedule; We shall respond to the buyer's service application within half an hour, and send engineers to the site within 2 hours to carry out maintenance, and complete the processing within 4 hours. If it cannot be effectively resolved within 4 hours, Party B shall provide Party A with equipment of the same grade free of charge for temporary use.

Repair location, address, contact number and technical service personnel; After the completion and acceptance of the project, our company will arrange after-sales technical management personnel to be responsible for the after-sales work of the project, and the contact information of the technical personnel will be handed over to the owner.

Maintenance service fee standard; During the warranty period, the company's warranty scope is not charged, and the maintenance of the system outside the warranty period will be charged at cost.

Manufacturer's technical support; Provide the technical person in charge of the equipment manufacturer to telephone the owner, and invite the equipment manufacturer to participate in the equipment operation training.
